I used old used wire to wrap the edges so no predators can dig in.  Later, I will bury the wire fence part.

Their new ramp swings upward at night and latches shut.  It is the board that stretches to the cinder block.
The latch is over the top of the little "chicken door."

I installed pressure treated 2 by 4's around the trees and then tacked them in so no predators can get in!

Cedar Posts

I logged 15 cedar trees from the farm, debarked, dug 32 inch deep holes, filled with 2 inches of gravel at base, and then dropped the poles in and packed them with more gravel. (and I leveled them)

I recommend rewinding and fast forwarding to figure out where North America is first.  Was North America ever near the equator?
