7th grade students must have his/her Tdap Booster. The deadline for your student to meet this immunization requirement is January 6, 2022. If you fail to comply with providing the completed proof of this required immunization by January 5, 2022, your student will be excluded from school starting January 6, 2022, until the required immunization documentation has been provided to the school.
